The second lounge in Manila International Airport is the Pacific Club Lounge, which is used as both a service lounge for the likes of SkyTeam elites, as well as accessible by lounge club members e.g. Priority Pass.
Pacific Club Lounge
Special thanks to Carlo Ronquillo who provided the pictures and details.
This lounge is a marked improvement over the Skyview lounge.
Carlo highlighted the lounge atmosphere feels much more lively and I would have to agree. As you enter, you are greeted with a larger area. The seating arrangements are more welcoming and functional and just an overall more relaxing experience.

The Food & Beverage selection on offer is still basic, and there is a smaller Spirits selection vs the Skyview Lounge. With that said, we both noted that we enjoyed the fresh fruit on offer. Sandwiches were more edible than Skyview.
Sitting at the individual seating facing the runway is a nice touch, which will allow you to carry out some work or relax in a comfortable setting.
Given the choice, I would skip the Skyview Lounge and head to the Pacific Club Lounge as my first choice.
